Kingmoor Nursery and Infant School

Hello everyone!

Marla and I (Merle) did our work experience at Kingmoor Nursery and Infant School. Even though we came too late the first morning because we didn't get the right bus stop we really enjoyed our week! We both were in two different classes in year 2, which was really great because we did not speak a lot of German and we knew the children very good at the end of the week. We really liked the school system because the children were very motivated. In the lessons we helped the children learning. We helped them for example in maths or phonics. I also teached my class some German. They were very curious! It was a great experience for us because we were able to improve our English skills, teach and kind of educate the children. We really liked that we were respected like the teachers were and we felt very welcome because of the lovely teacher and students!

So, it was a really great week for us!
